Insurance Day of Giving 2018
This week, all of us at WWGroup participated in the Insurance Day of Giving 2018.
The Insurance Day of Giving, that took place on Thursday 8 November is a cross-industry initiative and aims to unite everyone across the insurance sector by increasing awareness of dementia, which affects almost half of the 300,000 people working in the industry.
In the office, several members of staff brought in cakes to sell that they had baked at home. A raffle was held in the afternoon, with prizes ranging from alcohol, to chocolate and many other exiting items. Members of staff also paid to ‘dress down in blue’.
On the day, we raised a grand total of £311.05, which is a fantastic effort!
